Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation Policy:
1. Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it without any penalty.
2. After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible as the order might be in process or dispatched. 
3. Cancellation requests must be sent to help@gadgetzindia.store promptly.
4. GadgetZ India reserves the right to cancel orders due to unavailability, payment issues, or fraud suspicion.
5. In such cases, customers will be informed immediately and a full refund will be processed.

Refund Policy:
1. Refunds are available for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
2. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
3. GadgetZ India will inspect returned goods and only approve refunds after verification.
4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days of approval.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be issued via bank transfer or alternate electronic methods.
6. Personalised, customised, or sanitary products are non-refundable unless faulty.
7. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
8. Shipping charges paid during purchase are non-refundable unless cancellation was caused by GadgetZ India.

Return Process:
1. Customers should initiate returns by contacting customer service with order details and reason for return.
2. Clear instructions for return shipment will be provided.
3. Customers must provide proof of postage to track returned shipments.
4. Returns must be in the original condition and packaging with all seals intact if applicable.
5. GadgetZ India is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Legal Compliance and Consumer Rights:
1. This policy complies with Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and related e-commerce regulations.
2. Customers retain all statutory rights for refunds, repairs, or replacements in case of defective goods.
3. Refunds for cancellations within 14 days after delivery will be processed without undue delay.
